Collection: Sun Dried Tomato Spread
Ingredients
6 ounce jar sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
6 teaspoons olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Ancho Chile-Mango Spice Rub
Instructions
1. Place tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt and basil together in a food processor
2. Add sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, olive oil, salt to processor and pulse until well combined. Add additional olive oil if needed. Serve with chips and enjoy!
